Bluehost Shared, VPS, and Dedicated hosting fees paid. The money-back guarantee does not apply to services with a monthly term, domain registration fees, setup fees, or fees for additional services. The refund policy below applies to all hosting services:

To learn more about canceling your account and requesting a refund, please see How to Cancel my Hosting Account or contact us 888-401-4678. If you decide to cancel your hosting plan and qualify for our money-back guarantee refund, a fee will be deducted for the domain and any applicable taxes.
